1. OBJECT

  These conditions are intended to define the terms of distance selling between Essential Baby and the customer, from order to payment and delivery. The order implies irrevocable acceptance of the general conditions of sale. The general conditions may be subject to modifications. Bébéssential reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time.

The customer prior to his order, declares to have full legal capacity, allowing him to commit himself under the present general conditions of sale and to conclude this contract of sale - not to proceed to purchases of products with the aim of resell or reproduce.

2. THE OFFER

3.Rates

The selling prices of products online on the Bébé Essential website are indicated in euros. They do not include shipping costs, invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased according to the amount of the order. The delivery costs will be indicated to the customer before the final validation and payment by the customer of his order.

The prices do not include value added tax (VAT) they are valued excluding taxes = net of VAT according to article 293 B of the General Tax Code. Product sale prices may be changed by Baby Essential at any time.

4. Payment

Payment must be made when ordering online by the customer. All orders are payable in euros. To pay for his order, the customer has the following payment methods: credit card and Paypal.

The customer will have to insert his identifiers and proceed to payment. With PayPal, customer financial information is never shared with Baby Essential. Indeed, PayPal encrypts and protects the credit card number. Pay online by simply indicating your email address and password. PayPal allows the customer to pay online without communicating their financial information during the transaction.

5. Delivery and return

The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form. Bébéssentiel offers the following types of delivery: - Delivery to a collection point - Delivery by post via So Colissimo. Delivery to a collection point FREE of charge from €40 of purchase in mainland France. Delivery to a collection point FREE of charge from €40 of purchase in Belgium and Luxembourg.

At this time it is not possible to offer customers the choice of collection points as a shipping option. The website selects the relay point closest to your home. You have 14 days from the arrival of your package to collect it. You will be informed of the availability of your package by email. After the 14-day period, your package will be returned to the sender. 

What is my delivery time? It takes 3/6 days (excluding public holidays) from the date of order, for the delivery of your package to the pick-up point. 2/4 working days in France for home delivery by Colissimo (Overseas 5/7 days; International 3/8 days).

In accordance with Article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code, Bébés esentiel reminds that the customer has a legal withdrawal period of 14 days upon receipt of his order to exchange or refund.
